To ensure the best experience for every client, we maintain the following policies. Please review before booking.
Booking & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward the cost of your service.
- Deposits confirm your time slot and allow us to prepare for your specific service needs.
- Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings ranging from $50 to $4,000.
Appointment Confirmation
- We provide a 24-hour courtesy confirmation call before your scheduled appointment.
- Please confirm your appointment when contacted. Unconfirmed appointments may be released.
No-Shows & Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
- Consecutive missed appointments may result in the inability to book future services.
- We understand life happens — please communicate with us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Hair Preparation
Important
Clients must arrive with hair washed and stretched. Proper preparation ensures the best results and allows us to maximize your appointment time.
If you're unsure how to prepare for your specific service, don't hesitate to ask during your confirmation call.
Studio Etiquette
- No extra guests are allowed during your service. This ensures a calm, focused environment dedicated entirely to you.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.
- We maintain a professional, peaceful atmosphere for every client.
